BENRO S4PRO Video Head
Compact Fluid Control for Mirrorless & DSLR
The Benro S4Pro is a compact fluid video head built for mirrorless and DSLR setups up to 4 kg (8.8 lb). Its 60mm flat base with a 3/8"-16 threaded hole makes it at home on matching flat base tripods, but also mounts directly onto sliders, jibs, monopods, and other support gear - giving you the flexibility to move efficiently between rigs without compromise.
Counterbalance & Drag
The S4Pro ships with 1 step of counterbalance as standard. Press the side button to add a second step for heavier loads, or use the adjacent release switch to return to 1 step - there is no zero setting. Fixed pan and tilt drag delivers consistent, smooth movement, while independent pan and tilt locks let you secure each axis individually. The tilt range is +90/−75° and pan is a full 360°.
Metal Construction. Thoughtful Details.
The S4Pro is built almost entirely from magnesium and aluminium - robust yet lightweight throughout, including the knobs. A pan bar attaches to a rosette adapter on either side of the head for left- or right-handed use. The included camera plate adjusts forward and backward for optimal balance, with a safety lock to prevent accidental release. Two camera screws (1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16) store neatly in dedicated slots beneath the plate. A 1/4"-20 threaded hole on each side of the head provides attachment points for articulating arms and accessories.
